Boven 3,5 ton geldt een nieuw tolsysteem in Polen.

Dit is de officiele site, er zit ook een calculator in waarin je je emissiecat. kan ingeven.

Je kan zelf de taal kiezen.

Mijn hoop op vrijstelling was gestoeld op het feit dat er geen categorie voor campers op de officiele site voorkwam, de werkelijkheid is echter als volgt:

Dear Sir Peerenboom,

in response to your last e-mail message we would like to inform you that an electronic toll for using the network of chosen sections of national roads, express roads and motorways in Poland is obligatory for all vehicles (combination of vehicles) with a maximum permissible weight of over 3,5 tonnes.

So it means that if you plan a trip through Poland using your camper you will have to be regisdtrated in the viaTOLL system and have a viabox to be able to pay for the roads electronically.

There is no special category for camper. So during online registration via our web-page www.viatoll.pl you have to clasify it in the category:
C-MPVGW<12t,MPVGW<12t,MPGVW>3.5t

where MPVGW means "maximum permissible gross vehicle weight" of your camper - more that 3,5 but less than 12 tonnes;
C-MPGVW means "combined maximum permissible
gross vehicle weight" which is also less than 12 tonnes.

Het antwoord lijkt me niet voor dubbele uitleg vatbaar:

Anders waag je er zelf nog een briefje aan maar volgens mij is alleen gewicht een item in deze en type of andere bijzonderheden doen er niet toe.
